If this is the first time that you are consulting the specifications, you need to request a user name and password. When you request them you will need to fill out a form with the following information on the person who wishes to have access to the specifications: Name, Company, Telephone Number and E-Mail Address.
You can also activate the option Do you wish to receive information on tenders for future contracts by e-mail? and select the types of contract in which you are interested in receiving information about (construction, services, supplies, service management, consulting and support, etc.). In this way, you can receive information in your inbox on any new contracts that are published.
When you have entered all the information, click on the Send button. In a very short time, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address given with your user name and password to allow you to access the specifications and change your registration information. It is of vital importance to enter the information correctly as, if for instance you do not enter a valid e-mail address, it would be impossible to receive the user name and password and you would not be able to consult the specifications.
After entering your user name and password, you can change the registration information (Name, Company, Telephone Number and E-Mail Address) and change the option Do you wish to receive information on tenders for future contracts by e-mail? to activate it, deactivate it or change the categories for which you are registered.
If you have forgotten your password to access the specifications and your registration information, you can request your password at any time by simply entering your e-mail address. You will then automatically receive an e-mail message containing your user access information.
When you have received the information needed to consult the specifications (your user name and password), you can click on Specifications for special administrative clauses or on Technical specifications. Now you can enter the user name and password that you received, click on the Send button and a new window will automatically open in which the files in the specification you wish to consult appear.
If you do not remember your user name and/or password, you can request them again by following the instructions given above.
Since it is necessary to show some information in the files in special formats (AdobeReader or AutoCAD), you need to have some specific features implemented in the browser that you use (Internet Explorer or Firefox) and the software needed to be able to view these files.
